Rebooking or cancellation of my flight

I was refused to checkin in Copenhagen because of Covid restriction in Miami,USA.
While I have recieved my flight confirmation several times and laterother important information from Lufthansa without any warning of the prohibition of Schengen countries to travel to USA, I woul like to have a rebooking or a cancellation of my ticket.
I have tried to contact Lufthansa several times before flight take off without any luck on your service desk telephone to rebook or to cancel.

Forderung: I would like a rebooking to Managua via other countries than USA, f.ex Panama, Mexico or similar.
