Zipper on my backpack has been broken, it is not possible to close backpack, althought if I could do it may times, by putting it on my back, backpack has been opened. It is needed to change zipper. My husband has been today in that store to make a claim, but they told him, guarantee in osterreich is only 6 months. Backpack was purchased 03.april 2019. Is it really? I was persuaded 2years guarantee is worldwide.
