I have already called Dior Milan and sent 3x an email, until afterwards the support wrote me that the shoe will not be repaired.

The shoe was dirty at the toe. I cleaned the shoe with the help of a neutral! Soap and a towel and the material (the reflective paint) just came off! on a EUR 890.00 shoe! This does not happen with my CHF 100.00 sneakers.

First of all, I find it an impertinence that none of the Dior stores in Switzerland can offer help, since there are no men's boutiques here, and secondly, I find it an impertinence that no assistance is offered to me, even though the shoe was purchased just 2 months ago.

It is very, very sad that despite the careful handling, such an expensive product from Dior is already worn out in such a short time. But even sadder is the way the customers are treated, where the damage can allegedly be assessed on the basis of the pictures, because women's boutiques in Switzerland are not able to inspect men's articles.

Forderung: refund, repair
